- Wear a scarf: even if it is warm and wearing a scarf is a little uncomfortable it will protect the back of your neck from the wind pathogen which is considered the spearhead of a thousand diseases.
- Sleep time: it is advised to still wake a little later in the morning and sleep a little a later in the evening during this season; this corresponds with Spring representing yin in the morning (still mildly cold) and yang of an evening (warmer).
